🚚 Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $99 within the contiguous United States only. Orders of $99 or less will incur a flat shipping fee of $8.50.

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations
• Items marked with “Additional Shipping Charge”
• Over sized items such Downwind Boards and some Wing Boards
• Orders containing both eligible and ineligible items (shipping will apply to ineligible items)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free shipping at any time.

Non-Contiguous & International Shipping

Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. may require additional shipping charges. If applicable:

• A payment request will be sent within 1–2 business days
• Orders will not ship until additional shipping is paid

If you choose to cancel after placing an order, a 3–6% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Feel free to reach to us prior for a shipping quote.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Most orders ship within 1–2 business days
• Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground unless you contact us request faster shipping (charges may apply)
• Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, but may take up to 14 business days depending on location
• Orders do not ship out on weekends

We reserve the right to drop ship items directly from manufacturers, which may extend processing times.

🔄 Return Policy

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or written approval.

• Contact customer service (Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm EST) at 321-252-5483
• RMA must be clearly marked on the package
• Items must be returned within 14 days of RMA issuance

General Returns (New Items)

New, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for:

• Refund
• Exchange
• Store credit

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping costs will be deducted from refunds

Refunds will also be subject to a 3–6% non-refundable credit card processing fee.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply additional charges for:

• Used items
• Incomplete returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Items marked “as is” or “used”
• Special or custom orders

Used Equipment Policy

Used equipment is sold as is, but may be returned under the following conditions:

• The item must be sent back within 2 business days of delivery if for some reason the product is not in the condition stated.
• The item must remain unused by buyer after delivery
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and a 3–6% processing fee.

We will not accept returns on used equipment that has been used after delivery.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus:

• Original shipping costs
• A 3–6% credit card processing fee

If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled or there is a mistake on our part, Good Breeze will absorb the processing fee.

🌍 International Orders

International orders are processed at our discretion.

• Full payment is required before shipment
• Buyer assumes responsibility for loss, theft, or damage during shipping
