Shipping Information

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies only to the contiguous U.S. on orders over $99 (before tax).
Orders $99 and under will incur a flat $8.50 shipping fee.
Only items that are physically shipped count toward the $99 total.
Free shipping does not apply to oversized or bulky items (see below).

Shipping Methods & Timing

• Most orders ship within 2 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
• Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days (up to 14 days depending on location).
• No weekend shipments. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
• If you need expedited shipping, please call us before placing your order to confirm options and pricing.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.

Orders shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, FPOs, APOs, or U.S. territories may require additional shipping fees.
We will calculate the difference between our standard U.S. rate and the actual shipping cost and send you a payment request within 1–2 business days.
Contact us with your full address for a quote.
If you choose to cancel after payment, please note the credit card processing fee (typically 3%) is non-refundable.

Insurance

Orders are shipped without insurance unless specifically requested. Customers wishing to insure their shipment must notify us and pay the additional cost prior to shipping.

Large & Oversized Items

• Products such as wing boards, paddle boards, downwind boards, and other bulky items are excluded from free shipping.
• These items may display “Additional Shipping Charge” in the cart and at checkout. 
• Large items may ship via Air Cargo and require pickup at your nearest airport. We will contact you to coordinate.

Dropshipping

We strive to keep all inventory up-to-date, but occasionally an item may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
This may cause a short delay in processing.

Free Shipping Exclusions

• If your order contains both eligible and ineligible items, you will be charged shipping on the non-eligible items.
• Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing addresses may affect eligibility.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping promotion at any time.
• Free shipping applies only to new purchases and cannot be applied retroactively.

International Shipping

Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Please contact us for quotes and available carriers.
Full payment is required prior to shipment.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or delays once the package leaves our facility.
Good Breeze Kiteboarding is not liable for any issues that occur during international transit.

Return Policy

All customer-requested returns are subject to a 3% processing fee (credit card processors do not refund merchant fees). If Shipping costs  occurred (to and from the customer), this will not be refunded and will be deducted from the amount of eligible refund. 
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability error on our part, Good Breeze will absorb this fee.  

Return Eligibility

• New, unused products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and receipts.
• Shipping costs (both to and from the customer) and the 3% processing fee are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. No C.O.D. returns accepted.
• Items showing use or abuse will be returned to the buyer at their expense or equivalent value to replace/repair deducted from refund.
• Returns are not accepted for items marked “as is,” “used,” or “clearance.”
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus shipping and fees.
• No returns on used, special order or custom-ordered equipment.

Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or written approval.
To request an RMA, please contact our Customer Service team at

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging every order securely. If your shipment arrives damaged or appears lost:

1. Contact us immediately at 321-252-5483.
2. Keep all packaging materials (outer box, inner packing, etc.).
3. Take clear photos of the box, packaging, and damaged items. More than you think! 

We’ll work as quickly as possible to help resolve the issue.
