The TITAN 2 connection Front Foils are NOT compatible with previous F-One masts. These TITAN 2 foils require F-One TITAN 2 connection masts.
The new SUSHI by F-ONE is all about roll and control. Designed for riders who want to stay close to the curl and execute quick, precise maneuvers, the SUSHI brings a new flavor to the F-ONE foil range. With a profile engineered for maximum control and agility, the SUSHI delivers instant turn response and precision when it counts.
Available in 620cm² / 680 cm² / 740 cm² / 820 cm² / 920 cm² / 1020 cm²
The SUSHI was born from the need to create a foil dedicated to pure wave surfing. A foil with less speed, more roll, and maximum maneuverability, designed to shine in steeper waves and short-period swells.
Everything about the SUSHI has been tuned to give you absolute control in the wave. This foil allows you to manage your speed effortlessly, stay stable in the foam, and surf right in the curl. There’s no need for long bottom turns to regulate speed, which makes quick cutbacks, fast snaps, and tight transitions feel easy and intuitive.
The roll characteristics have been pushed to the maximum. Rail-to-rail feels immediate and natural, to the point where you almost only need to control the foil with your toes. The sensation is strikingly close to surfing a traditional surfboard, with a foil that reacts instantly and predictably beneath your feet.
With its 7.7 aspect ratio, the SUSHI balances glide and maneuverability while favoring control over outright speed. Thanks to its high camber profile, it also delivers an incredible low-end with very consistent power. The lift is always there, smooth and progressive, giving you the same support throughout the turn. Pumping back to the peak is very efficient and effortless as well.
With a sail in your hands, whether you’re freeflying with a wing or K-Wing, or pushing upwind with a pocket wing, the SUSHI still delivers surprising speed and effortless efficiency. Upwind performance is swift, so you never have to fight drag or overwork to accelerate.
With a slightly reduced speed compared to the SK8, the SUSHI doesn’t aim to replace it, but rather to complement it. Depending on the conditions and your riding style, one may shine more than the other. When the waves are steeper, the period is shorter, and control and roll are your priorities, the SUSHI is the obvious choice.
The SUSHI is all about unlocking pure surf foiling, where roll and control come together in every turn.
Technology
Titan 2 Construction
The TITAN 2 connection introduces a revised design to deliver even greater efficiency, rigidity, and reliability at the critical junction between the mast and foil. Building on the compact, stiff, easy-to-assemble format that made the original TITAN so effective, the TITAN 2 now uses only two M8 screws and benefits from a reinforced structural connection. The result is improved precision and responsiveness, all while maintaining excellent hydrodynamic performance.
Riders will therefore benefit from a more direct feel underfoot, improved pumping, and a stronger connection to the foil in all conditions. This added stiffness also allows riders to stand higher on the mast, which helps reduce drag and optimize glide.
Ultra High Modulus (UHM) Carbon
Our UHM Carbon fiber layup helps you reach the next level in terms of rigidity, precision, instant feedback, and control, giving you the edge you need for superior performance. Incorporated on select foils, it is the perfect choice for those who demand the best.
The Ultra High Modulus (UHM) Carbon fiber layup is 1.2x stiffer than our High Modulus (HM) Carbon fiber, and 1.8x stiffer than regular carbon fiber.
The profile of the EAGLE X, where UHM Carbon fiber has been incorporated, is exceptionally thin, thus demanding the use of even more rigid fibers to ensure it also matches the stiffness standards synonymous with the F-ONE identity.
Dynamic Structural Design
Recognizing that the structural design (construction) of a foil is as critical as its geometrical design (shape), F-ONE applies its Dynamic Structural Design to transform foil performance by tailoring the carbon fiber layup to each foil’s specific program and use.
Through precise definition and control of fiber orientation, quantity, distribution, and type, each foil benefits from the most fine-tuned layup to achieve the desired characteristics, such as enhanced maneuverability, comfort, stiffness, and pumping efficiency.
By mastering both the shape and the layup, this meticulous approach to foil design ensures that every size and span is optimized to deliver the best possible performance.
Monobloc Front Wing
Having a stiff and solid assembly between all the parts of the foil is key to making it perform at its best as well as easy to handle.
The connection of the front wing with the fuselage is highly stressed and loaded, so it is one of the critical areas of the assembly in terms of structures.
The Monobloc front wings are molded together with the fuselage in one shot, thereby removing the connection and the chances for unwanted and parasitic movements.
The structural fibers of the fuselage are spread into the wing to achieve the smoothest and lightest connection.
It is also incredibly stiff and provides absolute control at all times, with the foil responding perfectly to all of the riders’ input.
When the overall dimensions are too large for convenient transportation, a connection is set into the fuselage, behind the mast where the loads are smaller.
Pre Preg Technology
Pre-preg makes the foils stiffer and stronger. With pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is directly impregnated with epoxy resin by its manufacturer. This guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon and represents the highest quality process. It is then cured at high temperature, bringing strength and durability.
Quality control is much better and so is the working environment for the people building our foils. Pre-preg fabrics offer the lightest weight with the best mechanical properties of carbon fiber.
