Indo Board’s inflatable balance cushion. Put an Indo Board deck on top for 360-degree balance training without the sudden direction changes of a roller.
In stock
The Indo Board Flow Cushion is an inflatable base for Indo Board balance boards. Instead of rolling side to side like the roller, the deck sits on the cushion and can move in every direction, which Indo Board describes as controlled, 360-degree instability. Kiters, wingers and surfers use balance boards to train stance, core and leg strength off the water.
| Base | Movement | Indo Board’s suggested use |
|---|---|---|
| Flow Cushion | Every direction, no rolling | Starting out, workouts, static balance, rehab, standing desks |
| Roller | Side-to-side roll | General and board-sport balance training |
Indo Board recommends the cushion as the easiest starting point for most people and says it works with any Indo Board deck, on any flat surface including carpet and hardwood.
The cushion inflates by mouth, so no pump is needed. Indo Board suggests two solid breaths for medium firmness: more air makes it firmer, less makes it softer and more wobbly. Centre the deck on the cushion and stand with your feet slightly less than shoulder-width apart.

No, this is the cushion only. It is designed to go under an Indo Board deck.
No. Indo Board says it inflates by mouth.
Indo Board recommends the cushion as the starting point for most people. It moves in every direction but doesn’t roll out from under you the way a roller can.
Like any balance board, there is a risk of falling, so start next to something you can hold on to. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
