* Line length and V setup still need to suit the kite: check the kite's manual, or call the shop at (321) 252-5483 and we'll set it up with you. Front-line split (V): under each kite brand is its usual split (high V / Y or low V). Match it with the bar's V setting: the Click, Unify and Linx bars switch between high and low V, the Core Sensor 4 and 4S bars have an adjustable center-line split, the Trust Bar has an optional low V, and North sells a High-V Split Kit for the Navigator. The kites' usual splits are per MACkite's brand compatibility chart.

Knots and loops (bar side): Cabrinha, North, Slingshot, F-One, Core and Ozone bars have loops on the back (steering) lines and knots on the front lines. Duotone and Naish bars are the reverse: knots on the back lines, loops on the front. The kite side is always the opposite of its bar (a loop on the bar line goes over a knot on the kite's pigtail), so a bar plugs straight into kites from its own group and needs a pigtail swap for the other group. Each kite column shows that kite's side.
