With the Sensor 4S, we consistently push the evolution of our bar system forward. Based on years of experience, key details have been purposefully refined.

A new bar made from long‑fiber carbon‑reinforced high‑performance polymer delivers increased stiffness, robustness and load resistance. Stiffer and more durable lines provide noticeably more direct feedback and precise control.

The updated color concept now features a consistent grey‑yellow signal coding on the left bar side across both versions.

Reworked click‑in service inserts in the bar center can now be replaced for the first time without disassembling the bar.

The FlexTrim clamp, integrated into the floater, allows easy backline fine‑tuning without untying.

Core’s flying lines stand for highest quality, maximum breaking strength, and minimal stretch. This delivering a consistent flying feel even under high load, with precise streering and reduced trimming effort. Durable by design. As direct after years of use as on day one.

Customer feedback flowed directly into development. The result: new power lines for the Sensor 4S, approximately 10 percent stronger in diameter, noticeably stiffer and more robust – for even more precision and reliability in every session.

Tectanium 2 Lines (Sensor 4 Pro)

The Pro version is equipped with Tectanium 2 Liens – thinner, even stiffer, and extremely high in tensile strength. Steering inputs are transmitted instantly and uncompromisingly – for maximum performance under the highest loads.

The new Sensor 4S and 4S Pro bar is made from a long-fiber carbon-reinforced high-performance polymer. So strong that no titanium insert is required, while remaining lighter at the same time.

Since 2020, CORE has been actively involved in the GKA-led standardization of safety requirements for quick releases. ISO 21853 defines release forces not only in dry conditions, but also under demanding circumstances such as heavy sand contamination, high loads, and extreme temperatures. It also regulates material thickness and color coding to ensure intuitive, brand-independent operation.
