Package includes the 2014 Cabrinha Switchblade Siren Series 11m Kite w/ Siren Bar/Lines and the 2015 Susi Mai Signature XO Kiteboard in size 130×39 with Siren Series H1 Pads/Straps, fins and handle. The bar is modified slightly to work better for female riders. The throw in the bar has been reduced and the color scheme matches the kite. The XO board is a great combination for this kite. Overview

There is only one kite which has embodied the true spirit of kiteboarding for the last 8 years for its spot-on performance in such a wide range of conditions. The Switchblade humbly takes the title of the highest performance kite with the easiest handling. In 2014 the Switchblade gets an upgrade in handling with an all new bridling that provides an even more direct and precise steering. Changes in outline and profile ensure that the 2014 Switchblade delivers power on the low end and precise handling and control on the top end.

The shape of this model is somewhere in between the 2012 and 2013 Switchblade models. Like a Cabrinha, it flies extremely well in the window with silky smooth transitions. The bridles are pullied (one on each side) and give the rider a very direct feel. There has been a huge change in the control system this year for Cabrinha. They have moved from the IDS system to the 1x Overdrive. The new system has an adjustment feature on each side of the bar that allows for widening and narrowing of the steering lines. Adjust the bar on the fly from 49-57cm.

The XO Susi Mai signature model is inspired by the one and only Susi Mai. As a leader in performance riding and a role model for many, it was an easy task to create a board suited to her needs and the needs of the growing population of women in kiteboarding. Our approach to developing the XO was to start from scratch and engineer this board from the ground up. The result is a performance freestyle model with a soft, responsive flex. Details like appropriate sizes and widths, narrower stance options, and lighter weights all make this board the ideal choice for women of all levels.

The H1 Siren footstrap is a smaller sized H1 with female stylings to complete the XO Siren package for female riders. Sold only with the XO twin tip board.

 

Wood Core

Paulownia wood is vertically laminated to optimize strength, reduce weight and allow the board to flex more naturally and freely. Found in all 2015 models.

VOLCANIC BASALT

Basalt is a natural volcanic fiber which offers vibration resistance and durability while maintaining a high strength to weight ratio. Naturally produced absent of toxic additives. The combination of wood core, with basalt laminate provides a flex characteristic which is unique to Cabrinha.

GFN FINS

Our unique Hex Flow fins feature a hexagon dimpled pattern over the surface of the fin. The hex pattern helps to create a boundary layer which assists in the laminar flow over the fin.

FAST ROCKER

Provides razor sharp responsiveness and stability for landings. Designed to get you up and riding quickly and upwind fast. Found on the Xcaliber Signature, Ace, XO, Spectrum.
