The 2024 Seek has a balanced design for cleaner release and a more comfortable stance. We’ve introduced an efficient tri-plane hull design with a slight convex at the tail for a smoother, more forgiving touchdown recovery. We’ve also dropped the nose rocker, improving speed and acceleration, and we’ve rearranged the volume distribution in the board for excellent stability on takeoff and touchdown – where every movement counts. With updated volumes for each board length, you can now ride a full size shorter.

Technology
New efficient tri-plane hull
The double V-shape in the bottom contour of the board is created by a single concave in the centre with an angled planing surface on each side. The water tracks from the central concave and side rails to the two longitudinal spines, allowing the board to lift and release quickly, without sticking. The angled-planing surfaces run right through to the tail, allowing you to touch down on more variable rail angles without catching.
Improved speed and acceleration
The waterline length finishes right at the tail of the board. This additional tail volume creates more stability under your back foot, making it easier to step straight into your straps as you get up on the board.
Square Tail
North has reduced tail radius for 2024. This decreases drag and adds volume for stability.
Deep recessed single concave deck
The recessed deck results in most of the board’s volume being shifted out toward the rails, in turn providing greater balance and stability on takeoffs and touchdown. The curve of the standing deck gives you greater leverage and heel/toe roll control.
Centreline, offline and V-Strap Inserts
In addition to the centreline and V-strap inserts, there is an offline strap insert option for more ergonomic goofy or natural riding. (Free-Lo, Free, Free-V and Free-Lo V Foil Straps sold separately)
Compact Outline
The shorter the board, the less swing weight, and the more maneuverable it is when riding up on foil.
Steep Bevelled Rails
The steep rails keep the volume toward the outside edge of the board, adding again to the stability and making it easier to stand on and get going.
Hybrid Carbon Technology
The stiffer the board, the better it will pump and the more responsive it feels. A light yet durable epoxy composite laminate, with a balanced carbon and e-glass fibre layup is wrapped around an EPS core. High-density closed cell PVC reinforcement around the foil track mount, leash plug and foot strap inserts spreads the load. An ultra-lightweight double bamboo reinforcement layer under the standing area adds greater impact resistance and rigidity.
Integrated high-density structural stringer system
Two high-density PVC stringers are glued to each side of this block, distributing the load lengthwise, and the full system connects the top and bottom laminate skins for maximum support.
Close DropBox Fast Foil Mounting Track
Simply drop your foil pre-assembled with screws and t-nuts into the track, slide it backwards, then tighten the screws to fasten. Our unique structurally-integrated DropBox has a longer track for a wider adjustment range, allowing you to precision-tune the foil set up for your rider weight. A measurement guide next to the track aids correct positioning. Industry-standard 90mm track spacing means the Seek is compatible with most foil systems.
GORE™ waterproof 2-way vent
To prevent air pressure build-up we’ve installed a two-way GORE™ Protective Vent on the top deck. This allows air to pass in and out of the board, while preventing water from entering. The vent is factory-fitted and does not require any adjustment.
Non-abrasive max-traction Deck Grip
The integrated tail-kickpad and transverse markers also provide a tactile and visual stance reference.
Close Integrated underside carry handle
Leaves your other hand free to carry your wing or paddle down to the water. The inside of the handle is ribbed for extra grip.
