The Design Difference

Rapid Release System
The Rapid Release System on the trailing edge of the Ultrafly is intended to help the board release from the water. A 90-degree lip prevents water from flowing around the tail of a wing board and creating a “sticking” feeling. For the rider, this means more time spent in the air on foil and less time in the water waiting for the strong gust.
AeroSlim Frame
On the Ultrafly we incorporated a progressive thickness concept. We call this the AeroSlim Frame. This concept creates a thinner overall thickness on the 105 than the 120 and so on. This means that, where possible, we have decreased the distance between your feet and the foil. This in turn means more control over, and response from, the foil.
Max Trax
Many of our foil boards feature the Max Trax foil track system. These are the longest foil tracks on the market, meaning any foil can be placed on the bottom and your ability to fine-tune foil placement is the greatest it’s ever been.
